How to use

Pre-workout fuel: 1 bar 30-60min before training. 
Post-workout recovery: 1 bar 15min after training.  
Daily protein snack: 1 bar for morning tea, afternoon tea or as a guilty-free desert throughout the day to help control sugar cravings and increase your daily protein intake.
