Can protein help me to lose weight?
You can use protein powder as part of a healthy diet to assist weight loss. A shake can be a great low calorie, satisfying and delicious alternative to unhealthy snacking during the day. Increasing your protein intake can also assist in getting lean because protein is harder to break down than other macronutrients, meaning the body has to work harder and you burn more calories. This is the known as the thermic effect of food and can help to boost your metabolism.

Is Lean5 suitable for vegans?
Lean5 is a whey-based product, which means it contains dairy. While it is suitable for vegetarians, it is not a vegan product.
Can I use Lean5 as a meal replacement?
We never recommend to use a protein powder as a substitute for food, and recommend it be used once a day in conjunction with a healthy diet.
Why are there different star ratings for different flavours?
Salted Caramel has a higher sodium level than all the other flavours, which reduces the health star rating to a 3. If you’re watching your sodium intake due to specific health concerns, you may like to look at our other flavour options. Otherwise the fat, sugar, protein and calories of all the flavours in the range are similar.
How/when should I take Lean5 Protein?
Perfect as a post-workout shake, low calorie snack or added to meals to boost protein intake. Add 2 level scoops (35g) into 250mL of water and mix well with shaker or blender. Can also be mixed with skim milk, milk, coconut water or fruit smoothies. Consume immediately and enjoy! Take within 30mins after exercise for muscle recovery and growth.
