The Harbinger Multi-Gym Elite is a portable gym system that can be used as doorway pull-up bars as well as for sit-ups, pushups and dips. The Multi-Gym Elite targets arms, chest, core and back muscles with workouts that ensure maximum muscle engagement. It features padded handles that allow for 5 grip positions to perform normal grip, close grip, wide grip, and 2 hammer grip pull-up options. The 300lb. weight capacity makes it safe to use with a weight vest. The Multi-Gym Elite includes a curved, ergonomic, wide grip for maximum lat muscle engagement. Placed on the floor, the Multi-Gym Elite can be used for sit-ups, push-ups, and dips; padded handles provide comfort and help to ensure correct form.
