How much jelly does one sachet make?
One sachet (30g) makes 430g of jelly.

It’s 99% Sugar Free.

How do I use Protein Jelly?
Mix 1 Jelly sachet (30g) into a bowl and add 200mL of boiling water. Stir through and dissolve well. Next add another 200mL of cold water and stir.

Refrigerate until firm and wobbly (minimum of 4 hours). Makes 430g of Jelly.

NOTE: Do not add fresh or frozen kiwi, mango, pineapple, guava, papaw, papaya, figs or ginger root as jelly won't set. Ensure prepared jelly is covered, refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours.

Can I take Protein Jelly if I am pregnant?
